We're Looking for Instructors Who Move with Purpose

At re.formme, we're not just building a studio — we're creating a movement. One that's grounded in intention, connection, and community. And as we prepare to open our boutique reformer Pilates space in the heart of Tullamore, we’re looking for passionate instructors to join us.

Why re.formme?

We believe in strength through thoughtful, intelligent movement. This isn’t about shouting over loud music or pushing people to their limit. It’s about presence, purpose, and precision. It's about creating a space where people feel welcomed, supported, and empowered.

We’re proud to be a locally owned, heart-led studio. Every detail — from our class design to our lighting to our playlist choices — has been considered to offer our clients something more than a workout: a sanctuary.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for certified Reformer Pilates instructors who:

  • Lead with warmth, professionalism, and a grounded energy

  • Are passionate about mindful movement and whole-body wellbeing

  • Value connection, community, and inclusivity

  • Love adapting classes to meet clients where they are

  • Are open to co-creating a supportive, studio-first team culture

Whether you’re newly certified or have years of teaching experience, we care more about your approach and attitude than your resume. If you’re the kind of teacher who cares about alignment and breath as much as burn, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Find Here

  • A thoughtfully designed studio space with premium equipment

  • A supportive team culture built on respect, openness, and shared growth

  • Opportunities to shape how our class experience evolves

  • Clients who are engaged, loyal, and ready to move with intention

  • A chance to be part of something new and meaningful, from the ground up
